Red Hot Labradors is a small kennel located in Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin. We have 20 + years of experience with Labradors. When our dogs are not in training they spend the majority of their time hunting and in our home. At Red Hot Labradors our dogs are most importantly our companions and members of our family. We try to plan our breedings to have high drive in the field, along with a great “off switch” while in the home.
Our focus is to breed exceptional dogs coming from top field and hunt bloodlines, along with the occasional show line thrown in the mix. Our main focus when choosing dogs to breed is their overall health; Our dogs have been certified through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for hips (good/excellent), elbows (normal) and eyes (normal). Our dogs are not bred before two years of age or prior to receiving health clearances from the OFA. All dogs are clear of or unaffected by Exercise Induced Collapse Syndrome (EIC) to maintain the health and quality of future litters.
